Nikko’s Johkaou wastewater treatment tank can treat water with high levels of pollution, meeting the treatment needs with small capacity, less than 2m3/day0.

Processing performance is improved and more stable with the combined air blower system :

By recalculating the Johkasou design from scratch and arranging two flow chambers in series, treatment performance was significantly improved. An intermittent metering pump was also used for the circulating pump system to increase Nitrogen removal efficiency.

In addition, until now the Johkasou wastewater treatment tank (using biotechnology) needed to use two blowers for aeration and backwashing. However, Nikko succeeded in merging these two pipes in Johkaou through a patented backwashing system, the working ability has also been significantly improved.
